FRIENDS OF TRULL MEADOW
Friends of Trull Meadow was set up to involve the community in maintaining and preserving the meadow for the benefit of the public in perpetuity.
It acts as a forum for the public to contribute their ideas for the maintenance and improvement of the meadow through the FOTM Committee who then make recommendations to the Trustees and are responsible for the necessary
implementation.
Regular working parties help look after the meadow and provide support for fund raising events. Recently, improvements were made to the access to the meadow, wood was logged and sold from from the fallen oak tree, a working party helped cut back and clear access alongside the Sherford Stream and they will be running a stand at the Jubilee Celebrations in the KGV Playing Field on June 4th.
We are keen to encourage more members of the community to join us and put forward any ideas that would help preserve the meadow.
